STEPS TO RENTING A HOME

Here is the process/information needed for renting a house from

                         Harrill and Associates.

- Valid ID with photo and good telephone number

- Preview a home with a walk thru

- Provide the following information

  - Income Verification

  - Social Security Number

  - Application fee of $20.00 per adult

  - Completed detailed application

     (The application available on the website is a preliminary application to help 

    us decide if we will be able to help you without paying the application fees.)
